WE ARE TALENT SPOTTING We are working with a growing food led, independent quality pub operator who is developing their portfolio of managed houses in the South and South West of England. They are on the acquisition trail for further superior properties to bring into their family and looking for quality management couples ready to go on site on takeover. Essentially you will be a personal license holder, have an unblemished career and have at least 3 years managing a quality pub or restaurant with a weekly net turnover of £10k + Standards are paramount to this company and you must be able to demonstrate you can run a busy food lead operation alongside a well respected local bar trade. Great beer, atmosphere and locally sourced produce and beer will be a given in any of their operations. Accommodation is included in the package along with a quarterly bonus based on profit achievement APPLY NOW!
