Penny Scambler – Managing Director established her career in Food and Beverage Management launching two new 4 star Midland Operations. Her career developed in Hospitality Recruitment and then Finance and Executive Search Recruitment services throughout the 80's and 90's. Penny's Career History includes Executive Directorships of a Midlands Hotel and Produce Distribution Company and of course her MD role in Kitchen Connections, Temporary Connections and Management Connections where she brings a wealth of experience & knowledge to the business.
