The Pub Company is owned by a small group of experienced and focused entrepreneurs who have a track record of building Pub and Restaurant groups quickly and creating successful outcomes. The business operates

The pubs / restaurants are all individual with some operating a unique food offer and others following a common theme. The company looks for its staff to work within the framework set out by the Management team and will support with costing and budgetingas the Management Team are keen for the General Managers and Head Chefs to concentrate on delivering great food and service to their growing customer base.

The Management team expect tight control on finance and achievement of budgets and targets as do many of the large operators in the market place. The difference here is the group is smaller, more flexible and quicker to react to change and demand.
