Notes	Deputy Managers required due to expansion and promotion in the High Wycombe Area A unique, admired Pub Operator who is food led and quality driven. An unpretentious culture and family atmosphere creates a close place to work and one where the members of the team support each other. In order to impress the proprietors of this business who are seasoned operators you must have grown up from the floor and be able to demonstrate you are still an excellent barperson, waiter or Maitre d. Our client does not want a corporate trained manager who is good at stock taking, budgets but poor on the floor. Solid quality training in your early career is essential. Confidence and the ability to deliver exceptional hospitality is the key to success here.
