Notes	Restaurant Jobs from Management Connections - exceptional people exceptional places Birmingham City Centre - Salary Circa £25 Our client is looking to create a new concept where by day the food is informal and accessible meeting the demands of city diners and by night becomes more classical. The core theme is on delivering quality freshly cooked food from fresh ingredients, at affordable prices, in a lively theatre atmosphere to a wide range of clientele with differing needs at different times. With the day time emphasis on speed for people who only have a few minutes for lunch, we take on the city centre coffee shops delivering diverse styles of food hot and cold from the food display known as the Eatery, a display of self served food, supplied from the theatre kitchen, which operates throughout the day cooking for the Eatery and extras to accompany it. The venue offers a variety of differing areas in which to drink and eat from highly visible tables on the lower areas for those who like to be seen out and about to conventional table heights in others, with white linen table service for those wanting a bit more. (200 covers max) For the evening session the emphasis changes to cater for more leisurely diners, with more time, choices include fish and meats, chosen by the customer from one of the food displays, cooked in the open kitchen served with a choice of accompaniments from the Eatery.
