Notes	WE ARE TALENT SPOTTING Another Exceptional Management Job in Food Led Pubs from Management Connections Ltd recruiting exceptional people for exceptional places We are working with a growing food led, independent quality pub operator who is developing their portfolio of managed houses in the South and South West of England. They are on the acquisition trail for further superior properties to bring into their family and looking for quality management couples ready to go on site on takeover. Having met with the existing team I can confirm they employ exceptional people. This company will suit the couple who have reached the point of suffocation in corporate life and who wants to have the autonomy to be able to implement new menus using local food and ales and develop a business in the heart of the community. A Friday night should feel like you have invited the locals for food and drinks. Great fun with people you like, that doesn’t feel like work does it? The ideal management couple with be well educated in hospitality and have all the relevant qualifications and experience required to run a successful pub or restaurant business. Essentially you will be a personal license holder, have an unblemished career and have at least 3 years managing a quality pub or restaurant with a weekly net turnover of £10k + Standards are paramount to this company and you must be able to demonstrate you can run a busy food lead operation alongside a well respected local bar trade. Great beer, atmosphere and locally sourced produce and beer will be a given in any of their operations. It is expected that one of you will be very strong front of house (host) and the other capable of managing (and working in) a skilled and busy kitchen. Between both good admin, finance, cellar and personnel skills must be demonstrated.
