Notes This 4 star Inn with rooms (7) and 2 AA Rosettes for food is looking for a strong restaurateur to work in this small high quality operation. You must be able to work very closely with the owner and his wife to deliver exceptional service to the guests. Good wine & food knowledge are essential in this role. The restaurant is in the country side which is idyllic but transport is necessary if you are going to have a good social life. The accommodation is a shared apartment above the Restaurant which is shared by one other person. Good quality accommodation 2 bathrooms large lounge and kitchen. Accommodation is free of charge. You will be a team player, you will not be status driven but focus on the customer and service. You will want a high quality operation on your CV for the future and can use this as a stepping stone into management.
