General Manager Quality, fresh food Restaurant Group with sites approaching 50 across the UK who plan to open more as the economy grows. Casual dining, unique menu, discerning diners who are distinctly middle aged and affluent. The food offered is of the highest quality and sourced from within the groups own farms and estate. - General Manager responsibilities may include:

- Be very customer focused, with warm, friendly, outgoing personality who can develop relationships easily
- Try to anticipate and exceed customers expectations at all times
- Training, motivating and development of all Managers and team to exceed the company and customer expectations
- Full P&L accountability. The ability to demonstrate you understand key lines and how to effect them and the bottom line is essential
- Manage process and control to ensure compliance of company standards followed up with in house Audits to ensure the crdibility of figures and standards are met
- Stock taking, ordering and maintaining GP’s through commericial management of wastage, menu planning & stock control
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and standards throughout the business
- Due diligence and compliance with all H&S and food hygiene requirements
General Manager Reward: - Excellent starting salary of £28-35k
- Company bonus scheme based on Net profit performance up to £15k per year
