Our client is a 70 bed Hotel, independently owned

You will Report to the General Manager / proprietor

Salary Competitive and dependant upon experience plus bonus

Room Occupancy to date sits at 60%

3 Star Hotel, Bedrooms 70, Restaurant, Spa and Gymnasium

 

Purpose and Scope of the position

             Primary focus is to manage and co-ordinate Housekeeping covering duty shifts where appropriate

             Develop the staff in Housekeeping to deliver great customer service in a timely professional manner

 

             To provide assistance and support to all departments in the successful management of projects tasks and teams.

 

             Work closely with the General Manager on developing the budget for  the department and ensuring the department manages wastage and labour effectively.

  

             Compliance: To be fully aware of Hotel regulations as outlined in the Company handbook, with special regard to health and Safety and disciplinary procedures. Conduct Fire, Health & Safety and any other mandatory departmental training as required for your team
