This Entrepreneurial group own a number of very unique hospitality & Leisure businesses with a reputation for delivering great service, spacious accommodation and value for money against their more corporate competitors locally. The Group are looking to build a team of Managers who are sales focused and quality driven to ensure they build and retain new business. The business has built it’s team with people driven front of house skills and now require a Sales & Marketing specialist who is very capable of driving sales through one to one and group presentations / relationship building but who is equally talented in systems, process and controls. The Group Sales & Revenues Manager will oversee the banqueting sales, reservation and revenue management for the Hotel and Leisure complex (4 star) , first class 46 room hotel, 200 bed hotel and spa, 2 restaurants, gastro pub and function suites. The Benefits package is directly linked to turnover , so If you can sell and grow £’s on the to. The group has grown through it’s reputation therefore marketing has been limited and needs a manager who understands sales and distribution channels, has experience of implementing software enhancements and understands how to use the web to drive up awareness and direct sales. The reward is the opportunity to really influence the business and directly benefit financially. Annual salary is calculated as a percentage of sales with an uncapped earning potential. This position offers excellent potential earnings for good business managers. Salary is set each year as 1% of moving annual turnover for rooms, events, conferences, weddings and packages. Current MAT turnover is £2.5m and current base salary is fixed at £25,000. However, the recent £7m investment upgrade was committed against a plan for turnover to be doubled and therefore any successful candidate should be working hard to double their base salary within 3 years. There is also a 20% bonus scheme, 29 days holiday and staff discounts as part of the total package. |
