Basic Salary: £40k package

 Join this exciting Pub /Restaurant Group who takes the best ideas and turns them into reality. Their expansion plan is backed by solid investment which means this Pub Group will grow by 6 pubs within a 12 month period creating opportunities for promotion and advancement.

This Pub group takes innovative ideas and implements them into their bars and restaurants to create “new and different experiences for the customer” keeping up with the latest restaurant trends.

This Group employs talented Senior Management, Head Chefs and General Managers who are all well trained professionals. The team will develop new employees skills, experience and operating style so that t maximum benefits from each restaurant can be achieved for the team and the company.

The Exceptional Pub Company

The Pub Company is owned by a small group of experienced and focused entrepreneurs who have a track record of building Pub and Restaurant groups quickly and creating successful outcomes. The business operates 12 pub / restaurants with 4 coming on line in 2010.

The pubs / restaurants are all individual with some operating a unique food offer and others following a common theme. Commercial in its approach to developing the restaurants menus and offers the Company looks for its staff to work within the framework set out by the Management team. Support with costing and budgeting is available from the Management team who are keen for the General Managers and Head Chefs to concentrate on delivering great food and service to their growing customer base.

The Management team expect tight control on finance and achievement of budgets and targets as do many of the large operators in the market place. The difference here is the group is smaller, more flexible and quicker to react to change and demand.
