General Manager- Restaurant & Bar in Cheshire. The site is a memeber of a leading Restaurant Group with sites across the UK . The relaxed informal dining, modern European menu and International team deliver food of the highest General Manager responsibilities include:
- Be very customer focused, with warm, friendly, outgoing personality who can develop relationships easily
- Try to anticipate and exceed customers expectations at all times
- Training, motivating and development of all Managers and team to exceed the company and customer expectations
- Full P&L accountability. The ability to demonstrate you understand key lines and how to effect them and the bottom line is essential
- Manage process and control to ensure compliance of company standards followed up with in house Audits to ensure the crdibility of figures and standards are met
- Stock taking, ordering and maintaining GP’s through commericial management of wastage, menu planning & stock control
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and standards throughout the business
- Due diligence and compliance with all H&S and food hygiene requirements
General Manager Reward: - Excellent starting salary of £30-35k
