Assistant Manager Solihull area

Our client is a privately owned restaurant in a pub near Solihull. They are looking to recruit a capable Assistant Manager who is strong on the floor, good with stock management and an aspiring people manager.

This is a high volume, busy operation with a simple but quality food offering.

The successful candidate will be confident and have grown up in a site which has a turnover weekly of £25k + where the menu is produced  from all fresh produce. You will be standards driven and care about customer service. Experience of a busy bar and restaurant in excess of 100 covers per service.

You will possibly have a Branded background looking for something more independant and exciting.
