Our Client: Hotel in central Oxford with a high street restaurant - approx 75 covers - open 7 days a week for breakfast / lunch / dinner. Refurbished and re branded less than two years ago the restaurant is fresh, modern and in good repair.

Breakfast is totally hotel clients, lunch covers are non residents and dinner clients are a mix of both.

Our client is looking for someone special to run this restaurant, front of house. Supported by an excellent chef the food is very good and regularly receives rave reviews.

This Restaurant requires someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can promote, sell, and manage the restaurant. The successful applicant will be great on the floor and with customers, and who can manage a team - must also know their way around a P&L. I suppose the ideal candidate is someone who eventually wants to run their own restaurant, has an entrepreneurial spirit, but wants a bit of reassurance that comes with working for a company as probably not quite there yet.

The salary package is around £25-£30k, plus bonus based on sales and profit - around 30%,
