Having started his career in a privately owned Bar Restaurant in central Birmingham he quickly became part of the then " Bass Group" working in "all bar one" brand  for  5 years (large site)and onto Spirit Group in an area role of 38 sites. 2007 to 2009 he  managed 16 sites for Bar Room Bar brand recently took on the challenge of managing sites for an Administrator. He has controlled budgets up to £11miilion across multi sites.

He will welcome any challenge from straightening out stock issues, door issues, new openings & rebranding. He is strong on systems and control and can develop systems across sites to manage profitability more effectively.
