MEET THE TEAM

Penny Scambler – Managing Director established her career in Food and Beverage Management launching two new 4 star Midland Operations. Her career developed in Hospitality Recruitment and then Finance and Executive Search Recruitment services throughout the 80's and 90's. Penny's Career History includes Executive Directorships of a Midlands Hotel and Produce Distribution Company and of course her MD role in Kitchen Connections, Temporary Connections and Management Connections where she brings a wealth of experience & knowledge to the business.

Una Handley- Senior Consultant With over 20 years in sales and customers facing roles Una has an outgoing personality. Previously to her career in recruitment Una was the owner of a Golf & Country Club for 6 years where she was hands on in every aspect of managing and growing the business. Earlier in her career she held a number of Directorships in Sales. She joins Management Connections to concentrate on Senior Manager Recruitment.

Leila Hughes- Communications Executive joined the Connections Companies in October 2007 following a successful career in Communications & Marketing within the Retail and Distribution sector. Leila provides an essential service to the consulting team designing innovative and targeting Adverting and promotional campaigns. When Advertised Selection and Search is applied to a senior campaign Leila works closely with the consultant to project manage the approach & acquisition of potential candidates to match the assignment brief.
